He studied pottery in Plymouth and has now been making pieces for 12 years. Hand-thrown exclusively for TOAST from iron-bearing clay, with a celadon ash glaze. Herringbone pattern created through a wax-resist method and sweeping iron oxide across the surface. Each varies slightly in shape, pattern and glaze tone.
